Always on the hunt for the best Kindle dealsA Little Early, But Yes Please
Hubby woke up this morning complaining that he was not feeling so good. Too many sweets yesterday. I told him not to eat so many of the hard shell Cadbury eggs. He didn’t listen. Around 11am this morning I asked him if he was feeling any better. No, not really. Here was my chance. It came a bit earlier than I would have liked, but you have to grab the opportunities when they arise. I asked him if he wanted to split the very tiny last bit of cake in the fridge. He said no. I didn’t ask twice. It was quite yummy.

One Left
There is one piece of cake left over from our Easter celebration yesterday. We ate too late to call it lunch or brunch, and it was too early to call it dinner. Maybe Linner. It’s a piece of cake leftover from Easter Linner. Anywho.. It’s a lemon cake, and lemon cake is not my favorite, so I don’t really want it. But cake is cake ya know? I can take my two baby bassets out of the equation since they both got a lot of candy and chocolate from the family. That leaves hubby. His absolute favorite types of cakes are the fruity ones, and lemon is at the top of his list. I should just let him have it. An adult would let the cake go.
